Pizzaville's Really Big Night Out Giveaway commences during Pizzaville operating hours on Monday February 6, 2017 and ends at 11:59pm on Friday March 31, 2017 (the "Contest Period"). This contest is brought to you by Pizzaville Inc. ("Contest Sponsor"). The "contest period" may be amended – either shortened or lengthened - at the sole discretion of "Contest Sponsor" without prior notice.
The contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario who are age of majority or older. Notwithstanding the above, this contest is not open to employees, officers and directors of the Contest Sponsor, its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, its bottlers, advertising and promotional agencies and its representatives, employees of Pizzaville Inc., contest suppliers, prize suppliers and judges, members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses) and those with whom they are domiciled.
Order during Pizzaville operating hours either online at Pizzaville.ca, FastDial(ed) from a cell at #3636, from a landline at 416.736.3636 or in the markets with the respective landline numbers listed in the chart below on any day within the "contest period" and receive a JONAS VALANCIUNAS POSTCARD/BOX TOPPER which includes a unique coupon code, that when submitted at www.pizzaville.ca/bignightout will automatically be entered into the draw for all Really Big Night Out giveaways.
Orders placed in-store are ineligible to receive a POSTCARD.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged or refunded. The "Contest Sponsor" reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or portion thereof with one of at least equal value, in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize(s) or any portion thereof (including, without limitation, at the sole and absolute discretion of the "Contest Sponsor", a cash award).
Grand Prize:
At the end of the "contest period", one (1) random "Grand Prize Draw" and ten (10) random "Secondary Prize Draws" will be held beginning at 12:30pm on Saturday April 1, 2017 consisting of eligible entries from the "contest period" – refer to the definition above.
All drawn entrants will be contacted by telephone and/or email with further information on how to be confirmed as a winner and claim their Prize.
If the drawn entrant cannot be reached within twenty-four hours of the initial attempt of contact, for whatever reason, another entrant may be randomly drawn (from eligible entries received) at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor.
Odds of being selected as the potential winner of the "Grand Prizes" depends on the total number of eligible entries received from all participating locations during the "Contest Period".
Before being declared a winner of any Prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time and complete, sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (and any other documents, as applicable) by the date indicated on the form (the "Prize Claim Date").
All Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date. If a selected entrant cannot be reached/located within the timeframe specified above, is not in compliance with these contest rules, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the Prize won, email correspondence between the Contest Sponsor and selected entrant is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, or fails to return the Declaration and Release form (and any other documents, as applicable) by the Prize Claim Date, the Prize may be forfeited by that selected entrant and the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select another entrant from the remaining eligible entries to award that Prize. Prizes will be awarded subject to these contest rules, upon receipt of the properly completed and executed Declaration and Release form and verification of Prize winner.
