Pizzaville's Order Up! Game commences at 4pm on Friday, March 3rd, 2017 and ends at 10am on Monday, March 6, 2017 (the “Game Period"). This game is brought to you by Pizzaville Inc. (“Game Sponsor"). The “game period" may be amended – either shortened or lengthened - at the sole discretion of “Game Sponsor" without prior notice.
The game is open to all legal residents of Ontario who are age of majority or older. Notwithstanding the above, this game is not open to employees, officers and directors of the Game Sponsor, its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, its bottlers, advertising and promotional agencies and its representatives, employees of Pizzaville Inc., game suppliers, prize suppliers and judges, members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses) and those with whom they are domiciled. No purchase is necessary to play the game.

By playing this game, participants agree to be bound by these game rules and the decisions of the “Game Sponsor".

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged or refunded. The “Game Sponsor" reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or portion thereof with one of at least equal value, in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize(s) or any portion thereof (including, without limitation, at the sole and absolute discretion of the “Game Sponsor", a cash award).
Prizes:
At the end of the “game period", five (5) random "Prize Draws" will be held beginning at 11am on Monday, March 6, 2017 consisting of eligible entries from the “game period" – refer to the definition above.
All drawn entrants will be contacted by telephone and/or email with further information on how to be confirmed as a winner and claim their Prize.
If the drawn entrant cannot be reached within twenty-four hours of the initial attempt of contact, for whatever reason, another entrant may be randomly drawn (from eligible entries received) at the sole and absolute discretion of the Game Sponsor.
Odds of being selected as the potential winner of the "Prizes" depends on the total number of eligible entries received from all participating locations during the “Game Period".
Before being declared a winner of any Prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time and complete, sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (and any other documents, as applicable) by the date indicated on the form (the "Prize Claim Date").
All Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date. If a selected entrant cannot be reached/located within the timeframe specified above, is not in compliance with these game rules, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the Prize won, email correspondence between the Game Sponsor and selected entrant is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, or fails to return the Declaration and Release form (and any other documents, as applicable) by the Prize Claim Date, the Prize may be forfeited by that selected entrant and the Game Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select another entrant from the remaining eligible entries to award that Prize. Prizes will be awarded subject to these game rules, upon receipt of the properly completed and executed Declaration and Release form and verification of Prize winner.
