CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF ONTARIO ONLY.
MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER AND HOLD A VALID CANADIAN PASSPORT.
THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.

CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins on Monday December 1st, 2014 at approximately 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on Sunday March 1st, 2015 at 02:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). 

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario who are age of majority or older, and hold a valid Canadian Passport. Notwithstanding the above, this contest is not open to employees, officers and directors of the Contest Sponsor, its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, its’ advertising and promotional agencies and its representatives, employees of Pizzaville Inc., contest suppliers, prize suppliers and judges, members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses) and those with whom they are domiciled.  Limit 1 entry per unique entry code.

HOW TO ENTER On any day within the “contest period”, any order placed online at Pizzaville.ca, by telephone at 416.736.3636 or in the markets with respective telephone numbers listed in the chart below, will be issued a unique entry code that will be found on the order receipt. To enter the unique entry code found on your receipt into the Grand Prize Draws, you must visit www.pizzaville.ca to access the contest mini-site http://www.pizzaville.ca/allaboutthetaste/. Once on the contest mini-site, you will be prompted to enter your unique entry code, answer yes to the proposed question and choose one of five trip options (referred to as “Grand Prizes”) that you would like to be entered to win, fully complete the entry form and then submit your entry form to be entered into one of the five “Grand Prize” draws.  If you answer no to the proposed question, you can choose one of five alternate trip options (referred to as “Secondary Prizes”) that you would like to be entered to win, fully complete the entry form and then submit your entry form to be entered into one of the five “Secondary Prize” draws. Your entry must be received within the Contest Period to be valid. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered in the random “Grand Prize” draws and “Secondary Prize” draws. Maximum 1 entry per order (1 entry per unique entry code).

THE PRIZES

GRAND PRIZES:There will be five (5) Grand Prizes awarded.

(1)  Amalfi Coast, Italy Grand Prize winner will receive: Two (2) roundtrip, non-stop flights from Toronto, Ontario to Rome, Italy with Air Transat airlines (flight subject to availability). Two (2) transfers to downtown Rome Hotel from Fumicino Airport. One (1) night accommodation at downtown Rome 4-Star Hotel, breakfast included. Two (2) transfers from Rome to Amalfi via rail. Seven (7) night accommodation in Sorrento 4-Star Hotel, breakfast included. Two (2) transfers from Amalfi to Rome via Rail. One (1) night accommodation Rome Hilton Hotel at Fumicino Airport.

(2)  Hawaii, United States of America Grand Prize winner will receive: Two (2) roundtrip flights from Toronto, Ontario to Honolulu, Hawaii (1 connection; flight subject to availability). Two (2) Roundtrip transfers to hotel, from Honolulu International Airport. Nine (9) night accommodation at 4-Star Hotel on the beach with Aloha Greeting and Lei Greeting. 

(3)  London, England Grand Prize winner will receive: Two (2) roundtrip flights from Toronto, Ontario to London, England (flight subject to availability). Two (2) roundtrip transfers to hotel, from London Heathrow Airport. Six (6) night accommodation at downtown London 4-Star Hotel. Admission for two (2) for Tour of Buckingham Palace.

(4)  Banff, Alberta Grand Prize winner will receive: Two (2) roundtrip flights from Toronto, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta (flight subject to availability). Pick-up Car Transfer to Banff Resort. Four (4) night stay at Banff Springs Hotel. Ski Package included. Drop-off Car Transfer from Resort to Calgary Airport.

(5)  Canyon Ranch Spa, Arizona Grand Prize winner will receive: Two (2) roundtrip flights from Toronto, Ontario to Phoenix, Arizona (flight subject to availability). Two (2) roundtrip transfers to Canyon Ranch Tucson from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Four (4) night accommodation at Canyon Ranch Health Resort & Luxury Spa in Tuscon.

All five (5) Grand Prizes include roundtrip airfare, including applicable air taxes and hotel accommodations, including applicable hotel taxes. All other inclusions are itemized above.

All packages require a fourteen (14) day advance notice prior to selected departure date. All packages are subject to availability at time of booking. Blackout periods and expiry date apply.

Costs of everything not stated above as included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner, and without limiting the generality of this statement the following costs are the responsibility of the winner: ground transportation, meals, spending money, gratuities, health insurance, travel insurance, passports, and items of a personal nature. Winner and travel partner must meet required age restrictions, comply with all contest rules and regulations and have all necessary documents and identification to permit travel.

The following general conditions apply to the “Grand Prizes”: (i) airfare and accommodations must be used before March 2, 2016. (ii) if a Grand Prize winner does not utilize any aspects of the prize, and/or does not complete their stay during the dates indicated, the prize and/or those aspects not utilized will be forfeited in their entirety and nothing will be substituted in their place (iii) the Sponsor and/or their representatives reserve the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the prize or any aspect of the prize or (b) substitute the prize or any aspect of the prize for any reason so long as a prize or aspect of comparable price is substituted, (iv) accommodation arrangements may only be made through the Sponsor or its agents. Transport and accommodation subject to availability, regulations and other restrictions, blackout periods and dates cannot be changed, (v) by accepting the Grand Prize, each winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor, and those associated with, its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, assigns, (vi) the winner’s guest must also hold a valid Canadian Passport, they must also sign and return to the Sponsor a release indicating that they waive all recourse against the Sponsor relating to the use of their participation in the prize, (vii) the winner’s guest must travel on the same itinerary as the winner.

SECONDARY PRIZES:

There will be five (5) Secondary Prizes awarded.

(1)  Idiotville, Oregon Secondary Prize winner will receive: One (1) one-way Greyhound bus ticket to Portland, Oregon. Accommodations and return transportation not provided. Winner can choose to receive the cash equivalent instead, approximate value: $150.00.

(2)  Toad Suck, Arkansas Secondary Prize winner will receive: One (1) one-way Greyhound bus ticket to Conway, Arkansas. Accommodations and return transportation not provided. Winner can choose to receive the cash equivalent instead, approximate value: $150.00.

(3)  Big Knob, Kentucky Secondary Prize winner will receive: One (1) one-way Greyhound bus ticket to Lexington, Kentucky. Accommodations and return transportation not provided. Winner can choose to receive the cash equivalent instead, approximate value: $150.00.

(4)  Nutterville, Wisconsin Secondary Prize winner will receive: One (1) one-way Greyhound bus ticket to Wausau Lamers, Wisconsin. Accommodations and return transportation not provided. Winner can choose to receive the cash equivalent instead, approximate value: $150.00.  

(5)  Hell, Michigan Secondary Prize winner will receive: One (1) one-way Greyhound ticket to Ann Arbor, Michigan. Accommodations and return transportation not provided. Winner can choose to receive the cash equivalent instead, approximate value: $150.00

(iii) the Sponsor and/or their representatives reserve the right at any time to place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the prize or any aspect of the prize or substitute the prize or any aspect of the prize for any reason so long as a prize or aspect of comparable price is substituted, (iv) by accepting the Secondary Prize, each winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor, and those associated with, its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, assigns.

DRAWS AND WINNERS SELECTION:
On Monday, March 2nd, 2015 in Vaughan, Ontario at 11:59:59 a.m(Eastern Time) ten (10) entries will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period for each designated trip option. Therefore, one (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Amalfi Coast, Italy. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Hawaii, United States of America. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: London, England. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Banff, Alberta. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Canyon Ranch Spa, Arizona. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Idiotville, Oregon. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Toad Suck, Arkansas. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Big Knob, Kentucky. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Nutterville, Wisconsin. One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period for the trip option: Hell, Michigan.

The first entrant selected for each draw will be eligible to win the respective “Grand Prize” or “Secondary Prize”. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that particular trip option.  The selected entrant will be contacted by phone or email.  If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within two (2) days of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.  Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first a) correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged mutually convenient time or email; b) sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, the contest judges and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, its affiliates and their respective employees, shareholders, directors, and agents, its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, & assigns, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use of the prize or any portion thereof.  If the selected entrant cannot be contacted by email or telephone or fails to return the contest documents within the specified time, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate eligible entrant will be selected. This process will be repeated until the prize is awarded, but no later than Monday, March 9th, 2015.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering the contest, the selected entrant agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet.  The Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and the contest judges are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed or illegible entries.

Without limitation, the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and the contest judges will not be liable for any failure of the web site during the contest; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies or the contest judges for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; or any combination of the above.  Further, Pizzaville, the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and the contest judges will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this contest in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this contest as contemplated by these Rules.  Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.


If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level per the above, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.  Void where prohibited by law.  The decisions of the contest judges with respect to all aspects of this contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.

In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  If the identity of an online entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder associated with the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.  A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry name change.  The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid online entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind without prior notice or obligation. 
By entering this contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy unless the entrant otherwise agrees.
