  1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Jonas Valanciunas Game Day Giveaway commences during Pizzaville operating hours on Monday April 18, 2016 and ends on the last day the Toronto Raptors compete in the 2016 NBA Playoffs (the "Contest Period"). This contest is brought to you by Pizzaville Inc. (“Contest Sponsor”). The “contest period” may be amended – either shortened or lengthened - at the sole discretion of “Contest Sponsor” without prior notice.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario who are age of majority or older.

Notwithstanding the above, this contest is not open to employees, officers and directors of the Contest Sponsor, its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, its bottlers, advertising and promotional agencies and its representatives, employees of Pizzaville Inc., contest suppliers, prize suppliers and judges, members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses) and those with whom they are domiciled.

  1. HOW TO ENTER:

Eligible Entries are all orders placed ONLINE at Pizzaville.ca during Pizzaville operating hours on any day within the “contest period” in which the Toronto Raptors play (“Game Day”). All Eligible Entries are automatically entered.

Orders placed by phone OR in-store are ineligible.

By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these contest rules and the decisions of the “Contest Sponsor”.

  1. PRIZES

36 “Grand Prize(s)”: Autographed Jonas Valanciunas Raptors Adidas Men’s Swingman Jersey (Home, Alternate and 2nd Alternate Jerseys)

Approximate retail value of an un-autographed jersey $125.00 CDN.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged or refunded. The “Contest Sponsor” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or portion thereof with one of at least equal value, in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize(s) or any portion thereof (including, without limitation, at the sole and absolute discretion of the “Contest Sponsor”, a cash award).

  1. DRAW

Grand Prize(s): During the contest period, a random draw will be held the next business day following “Game Day” consisting of eligible entries from the most recent “Game Day” – refer to “Game Day” definition in 3. How To Enter.

“Draw Day” will always be held the next business day following “Game Day” at 12pm EST.

For example:

Game Day - Monday April 18, 2016 (Pizzaville Regular Operating Hours

Draw Day – Tuesday April 19, 2016 – 12:00pm EST.

Entries not drawn on the corresponding “Draw Day” will not be carried over to the next “Draw Day”.

The drawn entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email with further information on how to be confirmed as a winner and claim their Prize.

If the drawn entrant cannot be reached within 24 hours of initial form of contact, for whatever reason, another entrant may be randomly drawn (from eligible entries received) at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor.

Odds of being selected as the potential winner of the “Grand Prize(s)” depends on the total number of eligible entries received from all participating locations on “Game Day” during the “Contest Period”.

Before being declared a winner of any Prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time and complete, sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (and any other documents, as applicable) by the date indicated on the form (the "Prize Claim Date").

All Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 24 hours of the initial form of contact, is not in compliance with these contest rules, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the Prize won, email correspondence between the Contest Sponsor and selected entrant is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, or fails to return the Declaration and Release form (and any other documents, as applicable) by the Prize Claim Date, the Prize may be forfeited by that selected entrant and the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select another entrant from the remaining eligible entries to award that Prize. Prizes will be awarded subject to these contest rules, upon receipt of the properly completed and executed Declaration and Release form and verification of Prize winner.

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

During the ‘Contest Period’, complete and submit the No Purchase Necessary web form on a ‘Game Day’ within the ‘Contest Period’, as described above, to be entered into the draw on the next corresponding ‘Draw Day’.

Entries can only be made on a ‘Game Day’ as described in section 3. HOW TO ENTER

Entries NOT submitted on a ‘Game Day’, will be considered ineligible.

Only one entry per participant, per GAME DAY is allowed. If multiple entries are received by the same participant on the same ‘Game Day’, only one entry will be entered into the draw on the next corresponding ‘Draw Day’.
